Flambard Williams is a specialist property investment company. Their core offering is helping people to identify property investment opportunities in the UK and overseas, as well as making them aware of new developments to invest in. Most recently, they launched an online estate agent model, as well as short-term rentals management. In line with their newly created service offering, Flambard initially discussed with us how they could benefit from a digital marketing spend.

However, after discussion with the client about their business objectives, it was clear that their brand proposition needed further realignment. Cue our sister agency Brand Elect (be.), who undertook the brand development. Following this work the Flambard Williams service offering was extended to include new sub brands to help drive additional revenue. From that point, several marketing services were executed to help grow their business. Our experience working with businesses within the property sector meant that we already had a foot-in on how to position brands in the market.

IMMERSIVITY

The introduction of new services within the business meant it was important to have a strategy in place to correctly align marketing deliverables to the new proposition. As part of the brand development work with Brand Elect, target audiences were analysed for both the hero brand, and each of the sub brands, meaning we were confidently able to propose the most effective solutions for ROI. From video production, the development of branded content, Facebook advertising, the creation of traditional media, and a new website – a cohesive marketing mix was devised to make sure that the Flambard Williams brand could reach the required audiences.

ACTIVATION

To ensure that all Flambard Williams services were understood by their audience, explainer videos were produced to communicate their property services. We also videoed the Flambard team at one of their seminars, to help explain to customers the benefit of attending their events.

Additional marketing included the development of brochures, out of home services such as bus advertisement and digital advertising boards, all of which supported a coordinated radio campaign. We also helped to develop culture initiatives to ensure that team Flambard felt valued and passionate about the business. Add to this a newly redesigned office to emulate the look and feel of the new brand – this a good example of immersivity in action.

DATA

A good marketing mix was essential for Flambard Williams to ensure audiences were reached in various ways. The brand proposition overhaul had a direct impact on the successful execution of the marketing outreach, as it allowed us to expand on opportunities for brand awareness.

LEGACY

With a robust brand proposition at the helm, Flambard Williams are now perfectly positioned as ‘The Home of Property’ and are a credible authority within the industry. Knowing that TRUST is important when it comes to everyone’s property choices, we are PROUD to say that Flambard’s marketing outreach has communicated this well, and their audience has responded with much ENTHUSIASM on the services they offer.
