PROJECT INFO

Based in the United States, Wentworth Management Services LLC is a special purpose vehicle to acquire and hold interests in broker dealers. They own and operate two broker dealers located in Albany and New York, with over 1,320 financial advisors and 535 offices in all 50 states. Wentworth is named after the Wentworth Golf Course in Berkshire, where the CEO once visited.

As part of their Due Diligence and Practice Management summit, which Wentworth were hosting in London for their sales agents and a number of VIP sponsors, we were asked to provide several marketing services to support this highly prestigious event.

IMMERSIVITY

Due to the premium position Wentworth hold in the financial services industry, it was important that all marketing services provided met the high-quality output of their business proposition. The objective of the summit was to showcase that Wentworth are a leading authority in the industry, whilst demonstrating that they are great people to do business with. This was reflected in their objectives to put on an unforgettable weekend for all their guests, which gave us great scope to propose ways that we could help make the experience so memorable.

ACTIVATION

For the summit itself we produced several pieces of branded merchandise which the guests were gifted – a lot of them golf themed in-keeping with the Wentworth brand history. This included, golf balls, Wolsey branded golf shirts and Titleist branded golf caps. The golf theme was also deliberate as guests were being treated to a day at Wentworth Golf Course following the event in London.

In addition to the merchandise provided for the summit, we also sourced and provided various Peaky Blinders themed items which was the theme of the evening gala being held at the London Ritz Casino. Flat caps, feather boas and 1920s paraphernalia were supplied to enhance the frivolity of the evening, which were met with much amusement. Add to this the celebrity guest placement we organised of actor Packy Lee who plays Johnny Dogs on the infamous Peaky Blinders show, it certainly shaped up to be an event everyone wanted to be at.

We captured video footage of the summit itself, including rooftop shots of guests enjoying the experience looking over London’s skyline, as well as the celebrations enjoyed at the London Ritz Casino. It was then our suggestion to create a showreel of the footage for Wentworth to present to the guests to showcase the great time they had.

DATA

Both the premium merchandise provided for Wentworth’s prestigious event, along with the attention to detail displayed at the Peaky Blinders themed evening gala was a testament to their commitment and loyalty towards their VIPs. The video showreel was the cherry on top to demonstrate to the guests the important role they have within the business.

LEGACY

Wentworth’s philosophy is to gain the TRUST of their clients and to make them feel CONFIDENT that their assets will be managed with the highest integrity. This was demonstrated not only by the VIP treatment they received at the event in London, but this was also evident in the quality of the merchandise that was gifted to their clients. EXPECTATIONS were most certainly met, if not exceeded.
