Embassy Site Services is a Scaffolding and Roofing company based in Essex. We were originally approached by Embassy back in 2015 to build them a new website, however, we identified that in order for them to achieve the best possible results from a new site, we recommended that they conduct a full re-brand, thus appealing to a more professional audience.

Forward to 2021, we continue to be Embassy’s retained marketing partner. With Embassy being just one of our clients in the Construction industry, we are most certainly well-versed to aid business growth in this sector.

IMMERSIVITY

As Brand Strategy was a crucial first step in ensuring that the best results were achieved upon activation of the new website, our sister company Brand Elect (be.), worked with Embassy to re-brand and re-position their business within the Construction market. During this insight process it was discovered that more content was required to connect with key audiences, and to grow their digital presence. Not only did this data help us to build out the most engaging website, but it also helped us to understand what other marketing services will gain the best traction for brand awareness and lead generation.

ACTIVATION

The marketing services we undertake for Embassy span a broad mix to reach their target audience. From photography, video production, case study development, content creation including bid-writing, and social media, there are many ways that we showcase Embassy’s great catalogue of work – all with positive results and feedback. This also includes the planning of regular marketing campaigns to demonstrate the importance of company culture, and the onward development of the business’ health and safety initiative which we developed from scratch.

To reach out to a further audience and to gain more brand awareness, in 2017 we encouraged Embassy to exhibit at the annual UK Construction Week expo at the NEC. Our involvement was to manage the design and build of their exhibition stand and to develop all associated exhibition collateral.

DATA

Being a retained marketing partner for Embassy allows us to continuously investigate the best marketing outreach for their business. With the production of photography, videography, and the development of their case studies alone, we are able to produce powerful branded content for Embassy – all of which also enhances the audience’s digital experience when using the website, and social media channels.

LEGACY

The progression of the Embassy brand has been CONFIDENT, ENERGETIC, and forward-thinking throughout the ever-changing big wheel that is the construction industry. The importance of culture, mental health awareness along with health and safety, has been rigorously portrayed throughout their marketing, which in turn has positioned Embassy as a modern business who thinks outside of just the services they offer. Their marketing also demonstrates a PLAYFUL perspective where appropriate, to ensure the content displays an attractive narrative to engage with.
